Important Information

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel If you are making payment using another cardholders credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival: 1- Authorisation letter with cardholders signature 2- Copy of the cardholders card -front and back of card with cardholders signature- Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if no valid credit card authorization letter and copy of credit card are received for third party bookings For those who book the reservation package with airport shuttle service, please kindly provide the flight detail through the special request column during the booking process or contact the property directly after booking The reservation of shuttle service has to be made at least 2 days prior the arrival date
